Firstly when I got into the bank there was no one at reception & there was a queue where the receptionist came from outside the bank. Makgadi doesn't listen attentively and is quick to assume she knows what you want. She demanded my ID and lashed at me when I offered to give her the details she wants from my ID instead. Its very disgusting and disrespectful to be yelled at by a staff when you are a customer, more esp when you calm & only asking questions that you believe you have a right to know like "How many people are waiting before me & how many consultants are on duty? " Makgadi Sithole needs to go for a training & be taught what is a service & why is it important. Her service is humiliating, disgusting and full of disrespect. Her attitude is hillariously disgusting, im convinced she was picked from the street under desparate measures. Standardbank is big company to can accommodate or even hire such unacceptable behaviours. This is disappointing & I must say I was very humiliated.
