How long can it take & how difficult can it be?

Hi - I have been attempting to process an insurance claim on my car for over 2 weeks. I live in Hout Bay and was originally told I could either go to Century City or Somerset West for an assessment, despite the fact that there are countless panel beaters in my local area. I requested a closer location so was eventually sent to a panelbeater in Sun Valley, Fishhoek. Not exactly next door, but I went, waited 3 days for the assessment to come thru. Since then, nothing despite having explicitly expressed to Sasha at Virgin Money that it was importative that I drop my car for repairs by today. There has been delay after delay. I phoned Virgin 4 times on Mon, 4 times on Tues, 5 times yesterday, & today have already phoned twice by 10 A.M. Most of the time I am told that Sasha's line is busy. An 'urgent message' is left for her, but rarely am I phoned back. Yesterday, Sasha promised to update me on the claim by 6 pm when their office closes. At 5:59 I had still not received a call, phoned in & they were closed. My claim is still with 'upper management'. now Contact Collision in Fishhoek says they cannot lift me back to Hout Bay if I drop my car. i give up - this is not service
