First National Bank
Refund me please, urgently!

My personal loan account was one month in arrears so I called FNB on the 18th asking them to do a manual debit on the outstanding amount. They debited immediately and they debited again the following day, the 19th. I called immediately and requested that they refund me. They said it would take three business day, I'm running out of patience. Everytime I call they tell me they would escalate the matter but nothing happens.
