I called in on Saturday night panicking as my son as very ill and Thabo gave me the best service I have ever received.
My membership was inactive and Thabo helped me with activating it again.
He called me to make sure I was doing the payment and forwarded him the Proof of payment so that he can activate it and even thought their systems were going offline he made sure he activated as soon as he received the POP and before their system went offline.
He called again to wish my boy well and made sure we had everything we need should we need to go the hospital.
His urgency to assist me and my boy meant a lot to me and my family and even though I didn't take my son to the hospital it helped alot knowing that should his condition change my membership was active.
Keep up the good work Thabo and may you never change you good heart.
