Shocking service with regards to RCS account

I have opened an RCS account at Cape Union Mart, in my registration I did indicate that I would like a debit order to go off each month, and supplied them with my banking info.

Every month I receive a call of my outstanding account at of /- R160.00 and each and overtime I give them my Banking details for the debit order to go off.
The have up until today asked me 4 times for this information and I have supplied them with it and still my debit order does not go off.

This will now give me a bad credit record because of their uselessness. I want to close the account but feel that this problem needs to be sorted out.

When I spoke to the call centre agent earlier today I requested a refrence nr for my call and a sms to be send to me stating that my debit order will go off, and yet again I received nothing from them.
