Report a waterleak in bathroomwall on 30th of May. The assessor was here a week later. until today the 24th of June nobody phoned us nobody can answer us if we phone them. We tried sevral of times to call them and the manager Nella Naidoo Cell no: 076 340 1442 or her office no: 011 501 805 and know al of the sudden they cant find my claim no:2392697 on the system. Al I want to know must my bathroomwal and floortiles be damaged first before something happenes. This is the worst servise we ever have from Absa.
