I receive calls this week for a loan I took out in 2008 feb, and was full paid by august 2008.this according to african banks records but still they say I owe R13 000. I have lodged 4 queries and it seems peple dealing with this are either incompetent or just plain stupid.worse to say I havent made 1 payment when payments are debit order and your system shows ive made 7 payments. after 5 years you call for a payment...
