Executive Fee Plan

After 15 years of loyally paying my policy fees of R 92pm ABSA decided to increase the premium with no notification to me, to R 192pm from the 1st of May. After spending hours on the phone, in the branch and sending numerous emails, nothing has been done to rectify this problem. I also requested to have a copy of the policy contract sent to me, this also has no happened as of yet. As a pensioner, I cant afford this this increase and I will like to have this problem sorted out as quick as possible.
