I have Applied for a loan via your website and I was asked to email thru the documents which I did and sent thru to Caroline Monyeki as per her request. I have been calling the call centre now and then and I am being transffered to one department to another. This is really frustrating and Pathetic. It is very inconvinience especially for us new customers. Is this how you do busines? I was told by your Agent that the loan process takes about a day but now its more than days!!!
