I have received my annual renewal letter, and contacted Outsurance to review my policy.
Eric Bignell offered outstanding service with a great attitude. He not only voided my increase, but even gave me a discount on my insurance. This means that I will be paying even less for my insurance - than I would have before the normal increase.
I felt a bit stupid phoning, because it is expected that everything goes up every year. But Eric made me feel at ease very quickly, and he even THANKED me for phoning.
