I have been a Std bank customer for some time and generally pleased with the over all level of service I have received. Even recommended Std bank to my peers since private banking was a pleasure. Credit, loan, acc approvals were a breeze. Agents so helpful and eager to sell sell sell! I applied for a Debt Cons loan more than a month ago and thus far no feedback or response. The first time I submitted my application in February I was told the docs were not received. Lost in transit via e-mail?? The second time I was told there is a "back log", the latter being understandable, but only partially since I have received absolutely no feedback since. Rather disappointing since I received prompt responses approving my debt and the one time I require "Moving Forward" I feel failed and seem to be going nowehere slowly. BEYOND disappointed!
