Im very disappointed with the service im receiving from a company as big as this one. I had an accident on the 9th of June and called the insurance company to have my car towed. They were very efficient. A claims consultant contacted me on the 10th to take a statement and do her admin and advised would get back to me with feedback once the car has been assessed of damages was done..4days i call them to be told the car is written off and paperwork is to be prepared. I went myself to the Saps to get the accident report. Emailed it to the claims consultant whom i had to call all day for to acknowledge recepit of them for her to only get bwck to me the followig day apologising she was too busy but advised has submityed it to her seniour claims whom is to contqct me. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE GUY (HENTIE) for 48hrs now and hav left msgs for him at the call centre and his mailbox to no avail. No feedback from him and this is really frustrating as im currently using public transport and need to get this past me as soon as i can..if theyd just make this easier for me to bare with and i have closure asap
