Well, well, well... so much for your amazing media campaign talking about your service standards. How is it possible that a claim submitted on 18/06 (in the morning), has not even been allocated to an administrator 48 hours later??? Vehicle standing at Dunmar Westrand and has not been assessed and the storage fees adding up by the day.

Not what we signed up for and certainly not what we're paying R1500 per month for!
