I needed to open a new account and contacted Shanaz Abdussamad (the Private Banker) that referred me to Meryl Perunal. Meryl prepared for my visit and opened the account. She also explained ALL the processes to me and was extremely patient in our interaction. How great and different was that not? A lovely change to the abruptness one can encounter with service providers. Then, a couple of days later, I had another request and Meryl was on leave... In stepped a refreshing Annelie Young and dealt with the matter in a brilliantly efficient manner.
