Everything when well, until Outsurance failed to find a pannel beeter that can assist me during the school holidays, as i explained to them that this is the only time that the bus can go in for repairs due to the fact that my business is dependent on transportation on school children, therefore the need to have the repairs done during the school holidays. Now i have been informed that Outsurance will pay out the claim in cash and i must find a pannelbeater that will assist. my question is what is the use of having a business insurance and you as client must do all the work, when outsurance makes u believe that they know the importance of your business and that any event will not stand in your way of doing business. i think not. I just feel that i am paying for a service and deserve the service that i am paying for.
