I have had? 8 small loans with RCS over the years & have NEVER had problems. I phoned RCS to get a settlement figure on the 14 March 2013 & paid the outstanding amount the same day to close the account. The debit order kept going off my account, I kept on reversing the payment. I have contacted RCS on numerous occasions regarding this matter & faxed through the proof of payment to them repeatedly. I received a sms on 13 June 2013 giving the balance on my account as R1503.62. THE SETTLEMENT FIGURE WAS R763.40. according to Chrystal (Who was NOT the best person to speak to & was NOT helpful at all & quite rude by putting the phone down on me) I owe R740.22. I'm sorry these but figures DON'T add up. Can someone with some decent manners please explain to me what is going on.
