VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

I had funeral cover for about 6 months ever since i joined clientele every month they debit my account twice. our agreement was to debit my account on the 1st of every month, in the middle of the month when they feel like debit my account they just do it without my concern. ive been calling every month about this i was told it has been rectified. yesterday i called them i was then transfered to another department just after i tell them how angry i am i get cut off. This morning i called again had to wait 30min before i speak to the consultant phone got cut off. i put my details on their web for them to contact me as i was a new cover they didnt even hesitate to call back I had to explain my situation again the guy transered me to a lady i ask the lady's name she cut me off again

so sick of this mess i just need my money back the is no service at clientele at all
ive been sending emails to complaint and client service even now no respond
