Is Virtusfs a?

I bought investment shares through Stratequity. in march 2013 i decided to sell my shares and was told to contact virtusfs. Virtusfs only responded to my intial e mail asking me submit a request to sell application. after submitting the application i have called them and sent e mails without any response from Virtusfs.

it is now three months later and there is still no action from their side, even worse they do not bother responding to my e mails. I tried their website but the page does not open.

I am beginning to suspect that i have been by this company.
