Promises made but not kept

Since i reported that my laptop got it took CIB Insurance more than 2 weeks to pay out my claim.

Every second day i phone then i get told 'it will be paid' i even received proof of payment from Simone Howell and this morning nothing is reflecting in my account.

Again im going to phone this morning and trust me they will say the same.

What's the point of claiming and they keep on promising that they cannot deliver.
