On Saturday 8 June 2013 I went to FNB to open an account. Just to see what the Difference of service i would get from them!! But the service and staff are so i wouldn't recommend FNB to anyone. The staff are so unfriendly and rude!! And then they want to come out with a slogan HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!! Well there How can we help you just went down the drain.
So i would rather stay with my Bank as they are always friendly and never rude!! FNB should have their staff trained properly before having them work for them.
