Terrible service from senior manager and staff

I tried to do a transfer for a relative overseas, and the teller and manager made me wait 2.5 hours just to tell me that I need a proof of income!!!! This was all after I had shown them my documents at the outset, and they informed me initially that my documents are fine and I 'must join this queue' to sort the transfer out. This is absolutely terrible service and the blatant disregard for my time makes me furious. The teller, Ms Padayachee as well as the manager (whose name is unknown to me) just kept on saying that they cannot do anything. This is absolutely rubbish, these staff should be fired.
