Got an SMS asking to reply with a YES or ignore if i want a 1LifeDirect cover... I replied and that day Roxanne Saffier contacted me and went through explaining the policy and making quotations to directing to and explaining all with regard to HIV testing, policy document, premiums and claims, she went the extra mile in making me comfortable and happy with the product i had just bought.
