I have a problem the past 4 months (my wife is pregnant, ) i have submitted all documents to get her listed on my policy that she is pregnant up to day she is still not listed for Authorisation. i have requesting to speak to senior personnel and no one is calling me back. I left a message with Joel for Mr R Govender to call me and still no call. I recieved 2 update policies in May 2013 under natural birth u request 2 different excess are these changes in line with the Consumer protection act? Can someone in a more senior level make contact with me as the level of service is unexceptable
