I would like to compliment Marcelino Snow (Team Manager: National Repair Management Division) for the OUTSTANDING service given to us in March/April 2013.
Our car went for panel beating and there were issues with the panel beater. Marcelino secured a rental car for us (we did not take out this option), he ensured that the car was available for the duration of the repairs and gave us feedback daily.
I have never before received such excellent service from any service provider ever before!
I would recommend Budget Insurance to anyone, based not only on their excellent premiums, but because of Marcelino's amazing commitment to client service.
