Glory Makube gives FNB a bad name

I was helped by the very helpfull and skilled Branch manager at FNB Woodmead for vehicle finance. I was informed by the manager that my finance has been approved and given over to GLORY MAKUBE to finalize.
Now, she does not respond to emails or answer her phone, cellphone and office phone included. We have been trying for more than a week to get this issue sorted out. Glory gives a very very bad impression to FNB and the Finance department. Everytime we get ahold of her, she says that she will return my call to finalize the deal and then never returns the call.
How can a bank do business as promised on all the ads etc with people like Glory Makube on their staff???
This is very very bad service from Glory;s side and I am very disappointed in this...

I must say, Thanks a lot to the Branch Manager that tries his best to get this done. FNB needs more people like you in this country. A job very well done.
