Since my last report 30 May 2013 and various e-mail to the [Email Removed] absolutely nothing has happend, except for a call from an agent at Standard Bank who never got back to me and various automated replies confirming that an agent will contact me shortyly and an e-mail from KK Maselo, which was also never followed up. Is this your way of assisting agrieved customers, by sending automated replies and hoping the issue will go away? Standard Bak your motto does not represent the way in which you do business and are you once again misleading your clients with your empty promises!!! Do not let any of you agents contact me prior to looking into the history of my complaint as I have had it with your lack of customer service!!!
