I recently suffered a loss of my prescription spectacles and instituted a claim. My call was attended to by Fadiel Arendze who was very polite and helpful. He advised me of the procedure to follow and within no time the necessary paper work was forwarded to him so as to expedite my claim. This was followed up by a courtesy call and email from him.
