Poor service causing much embrashment

Goodmorning. I am very sad and disturb for an embarshment caused, thank you Capitec for this. Yesterday was Meraaj for us Muslim. My two children together with myself. Fasting. To take their ming off the hunger pains, I decided to drive them to Muzenberg. We went, walk around, etc. On our return, we got stuck by Fishhoek due to road works for quite a while. My phone went off 15 prior to the Athaan, so we can break our fast. Knowing I had 3200 something in my account still, I turned around headed for KFC to buy us a meal R78. Swipping my card it said no funds available. I could not understand this, but embrash I had to walk out of KFC. Opposite was pick a pay, I tried again, insufficient funds. Lucky I had a R20 so I bought bread and cooldrink so we can atleast break our fast. I am upset as I pay for an SMS service but did not get notification that money was debited from my account wrongfully. I got a statement to see R96 had been debited from my account twice on the 5th. I ask the bank to reverse that. They tell me I must first get a letter from the orgabnisation. This for my own money! I am sad to say, after 2years with Capitec... Your service is poor. I wish to cancel my account
