Inefficient Call Centre Staff

I called Transunion just (just, just) to get my account unlocked. The security questions were ridiculous and that woman wasted all of 10 minutes trying to get me to think where else I lived in South Africa 10 years ago. My airtime went to waste as well and she still failed to send me details to unlock my account. I feel that Transunion and the likes, have the whole SA (and global) community, relying on them so much, they cannot afford to hire incompetent and inefficient Service Agents.
