The past 3 weeks have been a total waste of time

As we speak I am driving an uninsured car, courtesy of FNB - account closed yet we are charge monthly service fees and there is a positive balance int eh account. The same manner I have been pushed from pillar to post with the personal bank account in the last few weeks, I am faced with the same with the business account. It does not bother me that the account could be closed, let us then revers those monthly service fees and let someone tell me how and where then to close the account and be given the money in the account to go back to Nedbank. The amount of time I have wasted talking to call centre agents I could be dong something else and the very same call centre agents will refer me to the branch and the branch would tell me it was not necessary to go there and still be charged for something I could not have been charged for.

The word service was omitted from FNB's vocabulary and what a great incovenience.
