Absa just puts hoops to jump though, no delivery

End of may, my Credit card expired. Made Payment and FICA. I was told this is all i need to re-instate my account and get a new Credit Card. 4 days later, re-issue of my card was declined and was told I can try again after 3 months.
If i was told this when I called on the 1st, or the 2 times I was in the Branch on the 3rd, it would be more acceptable, but the bad attitude towards customers in trouble, is ridicules.
