Unreliable, Non Responsive and Unkept Promises

I applied for FNB speed-point last year for Adaoma Trading cc. The early transactions made with the machine were never banked into our account. Initially, FNB merchant services claimed it was deposited into my personal account and therefore requested for my personal account statements, failing to trace the missing amounts, they claimed that there was a technical error and changed the machine terminal number, they further requested for the Batch numbers of the transactions which I sent to them January 2013. I again handed the said documents copies respectively to 2 of their staff: Stanley and kethleko. Early march 2013, Ms Jeanie also a Merchant staff requested and got the same documents from me which She complained were not too clear. I pleaded to her to get the same information from any of the guys. On the 18th of march 2013, she wrote "Hi Oliver. Please be advised an amount of R 250 will be banked within 48 hours and another amount of R 1385 will be banked within 48-72 hours this is the 8 slips you send to us as missing. I hope the above is in order. Regards. Jeanine". I received the R250 as stated, since 3 months the R1385 is still outstanding. Can FNB keep its promise
