My car is financed by Absa vehicle finance. last month May 2013 my statement had an extra R1500 included and when i contacted Absa Vehiclev finance department i was told that because i didnt submit my proof of insurance for my car (which i dont remember being told about) they automaticaly gave me their insurance. i have sent the proof of insurance and after many attamps of contacting the aip services department some one finally answered and i was told they have received the proof of isurance and i should get my money back in d next 7 day, till today im still waiting and the phones are not answered in the aip services departmement. this is purely bad service
