I just want to compliment [URL Removed] and especially Ryno McGregor for their excellent service. The whole searching for insurance process was made seamless through their automated website, their premiums are lower than any quote I received, including an Altech tracking device. Ryno was assigned to me as my personal portfolio consultant and I have his direct number. When I needed to speak to a human, I phoned him directly and he immediately knew who I was by just giving my name, not even policy number. He answered my questions and everything he said will happen happened exactly as he said. He also did additional things like negotiate a discount and sending my policy docs, arranging for the installation without me having to ask for it.
Thank you so much, as customer service like that is very rare in the day and age we live in.
