For the numerous time my card was cloned, I went through all the routines of getting affidavits and a new card (IN MY OWN TIME!)Now its been 2 months, and those charges has not been reversed yet. I had a call once from someone regarding this purchase (made in Durban while I send them an affidavit stating I'm in cape town) though nothing further or that charge reversed. Is it the policy of RCS to me, since on that purchases interest has accrued, or are some people paid to not do their work.like I said, its not the first time its happened, .I have made payments the past 2 months, but I should probably stop making any more. That way at least someone from accounts would contact me. Shame on you RCS, for not having sorted this out by now
