We are trying to pay an ABSA account that has been handed over to Asili Risk Management. Phone calls regarding outstanding monies, we receive on a daily bassis, but the ability to resolve a problem - USELESS. my problem is since account has been handed over, we can't make payment - trying to explain it to these people - pointless. trying to send them a screen shot of error messages - POINTLESS, cause apparently they can't read afrikaans or speak it - so I must explain to them! After almost two years, i am just trying to get this account out of the way and settle... but i am STILL waiting on a solution from their side...
