I am a UCT student using an absa student cheque account. I have been charged ridiculous amounts on a card I hardly use and not the agreed service fees as stated on their website. Few of my friends have had similar problems and i would not recommend any student use this account. I have been into the branch to figure this out and they are so disorganized! I am still awaiting a response.
