My husband was admitted to Hospital during August 2012, had emergency surgery and was admitted to ICU in a Coma. He was in hospital for 3 months and during this time, he did nog receive his full salary. I was unable to make my 2 life policy payments and i immediately contacted the call centre. I advised them about my situation, and requested the policies being put on hold untill I can dome up with the money. After his discharge, he again received full pay, and I contacted the call centre and asked them to take the arrears for the policy via our debit order. It seems they never complied with my request. I have asked them to contact me via their website and they never did. I have been paying these policies for 16 years, and cannot afford them to lapse. Here is some of the reference numbers I received via automated email: CCC5645591, . This was the last email reference I got. there were 4 before this one!
what about my money I paid for all those years? I trusted you with my life policies, what if something has to happen to me or my husband? Because of your negligence I would have probably gotten nothing. I hope you will react on this message, for I cannot lose all that money!
