I was robbed at the ATM in Hillcrest on Sunday Afternoon 26 May 2013. I phoned the Hot line and waited 22 minutes for them to answer the call. In that time, the tookk R1000 from my card. On Monday i was told to fill out a claim form, and this was sent to card division from the branch. To date i have had no respose. On Friday, the 31 st May, i sent a complaint to Standard Bank via e mail, and still no response...
Been banking with them for 35 years, maybe it is time to move on.
