She was very efficient and friendly in helping me

After calling MiWay to ask them to change a debit order date on my account. A lady by the name of Magdalene tried to assist me but she messed things up in the process. My premium as well as my excess had both increased without any explanation. I called MiWay again and a lady called Bonolo assisted me and fixed things for me as efficiently as she could. Thanks Bonolo
