Check your Wesbank account for illegal billing!!!

Dear Wesbank!!!

Account # 85142798743 is paid up in FULL!!! If you debit one more charge on this account I will go to the media and the banking ombudsman for unethical and illegal practices!

I paid this account in full on 06 May 2013 only to receive a statement via email on 02 Jun 2013 (Sunday) stating I owe R455-07 by 31 May 2013. How can you send out a statement AFTER the due date and then charge your customer a "collection" fee when the account was considered paid off!!!???

Please see email below that was sent AFTER the due date!!!

Shocking Wesbank!!! You've picked on the wrong customer here... I will take you to court and I will take this to the media and I'm sure thousands of people will come forward claiming the same thing!!!

Stop your nonsense!!!

I have now paid the R455-07 to avoid wasting MORE time with you people (attached please see payment confirmation)... just MAKE sure this account is now CLOSED!!!

Confirm IN WRITING that my account is now paid in full and final settlement of the original agreement and let me know where I can fetch my cars papers!!!
