I received an email regarding loans, i've applied and was asked to pay a deposit of R1980 for admin fee on the R30 000 loan i was approved on, i was informed that the loan will be in my bank account within 24 hours however after 24 hours I started following up as there was no money paid into my account, i was then told that i need to pay an additional R3000 before they can release the money. I then asked for a refund as nowhere in the contract it stated that they do not do refunds. the attorney that was used was a Mr S wilkinson apparently from legal wise as i have proof of all the documents. i was then informed that my deposit will be paid back to me within 24 hours, yet again just a bunch of as a week later and still no refund.
