Account details wrong since i joined

I do not know how many times must I go to a branch to fix stuff on my account did take my water and lights bill first time, took it again last month because they wanted to block my account. Please take flippen note I did not move from my address I did not flippen change my work or cell number get your ducks in a row. Please go and pick another customer. i LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS???
