Dissapointing Service

I have been a customer of African Bank for a few years now. I currently hold a loan account with you and paid a huge lumpsome into my account. I even hold a credit card with you wchich is paid up to date.

I AM short of funds for an emergency and applied via cellphone banking, i was given an offer, took docs to branch and was told i am declined. I need a minimal amount and can afford the repayment. this is the what the bank that I have been supporting does to me.

Such horrid service if you ask me, no loyalty towards customers at all!
