Yesterday I called F4W, because I wanted to increase the value of my insured sound equipment in my vehicle. I must admit, although I made the call, I did so with much hesitation, because I am always sceptical about insurance coompanies, and increasing my monthly premiums. My call was answered within a few minutes, and I was more relaxed when I heard the friendly cheerful voice on the other end. Brent really went all out to handle my queries efficiently and even suggested a review of my policy which could result in my premium being dropped, which it did. That really made my day, because I am very particular about quality service, and I appreciate when the company/person tries to advise me honestly and looks at whats best for me, and not for them, especially when it saves me money:) Thanks for the great service, really was in a great mood considering it was a Monday :))
