My claim which was lodged on 30 October 2012 and authorised in November but only paid out now in May as a result of a delay from the service provider's side TYT Auto Fit in Johannesburg CBD, you greately assisted me in obtaining repair invoice even though it was not your duty to get involved but out of your good heart you followed up with the service provider. You displayed good customer service, you kept me in the loop throughout even at the point whereby I felt I'll strangle Ramesh of TYT Auto Fit with my bare hands, but purely because of you informing me of the developments and assuring payment will be made the minute invoice is received I managed to exercise some patience and kept my cool.
Azi, pls continue rendering gud service to other SA Warranties' customers, I have seen negative comments made about SA Warranties but I'm of the firm view and believe that had all those customers' dealt with you they would have been in a better position to say only positive stuff. Keep it
