Really disappointed!!

After complaining numerous times and eventually posting a complaint on Hellopeter, which was by the way answered by the supplier with empty promises, I am still NOT receiving services which I am billed for monthly. It has been over a month and am STILL NOT receiving sms notifications. This month I had 2 withdrawals on the same day at the same ATM, which was more than double my daily withdrawal limit, tried calling call centre but had no reply. Think its time you came to the party FNB or I will most certainly find myself a bank who wants my money!
