9 weeks later and FNB cannot give me an update!

I had an accident on the 26th of March 2013, in Parktown Johannesburg at about 14h00.

FNB immediately assisted me and authorised the towing agents to remove the car, the towing agents confirmed my car was at their Chamdor lot.

From the 5th to the 25th of April 2013, after no updates from FNB, I discover FNB had "lost" my car and had not begun processing my claim. FNB eventually figured out where my car was and advised that a claim would be authorised asap. My claim number being: CL83384.

To date I cannot get any form of update from FNB as to when I can expect my car returned to me, it has been 9 weeks. When I pushed for an update, Charlene rather eloquently advised that she works in an office and not at the workshop. She then cc-ed me into an email to the assessor which has not been responded to.

When I followed up with Charlene about 2 weeks later, she again simply cc-ed me into an email to the assessor... This has been the total effort by FNB to provide me with an update as to my car repairs.

I do not appreciate this service, I wait for weeks on end to get no updates, my premiums are paid every month and I've never claimed before.

When can I expect the return of my car?
