UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT

I applied for personal loan at FNB while I was working full time and as I was banking with it and its been long, then in 2012 I got an opportunity at Tshwane Metro police and I started as a student and was earning a stipend less compared to what I was earning from my previous employer, I then went to FNB in wonderpark to report that and I asked if they can reduce my instalment but they didn't approve my request and it was not like I was not going to pay all the charges after... I struggled all those months even now, on the 22nd I got money from my previous employer less than R10 000, but what FNB did was to take half of the money R4200 without informing me and when I go to one of their branches in Wonderpark they told me that they can't reverse it as my account was in arrears, HOW DO THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH INFORMING ME, I KNOW I OWE THEM BUT THAT WAS NOT FAIR.
