Its been exactly a month since I've logged my query with RCS and there is No response or update on my side. All they know is to call me and tell me I am owing money of which the account was not even used by me. I am so irritated with their unprofessionalism as they do not have a decency to update a client on the status quo of the query logged yet nag me with payments I am not even owing.
can someone at RCS take their time and phone me with my matter so that I can close down this stupid account before end of this Month... PLEASE RCS MANAGEMENT JUST DO YOUR JOB FOR ONCE!!!
